Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information you provide through the store is transmitted to and processed by Shopify so Shopify can provide and improve its services. Shopify may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

HWA Merch does not currently request consent for promotional text messages at checkout. If that practice changes, this policy and the applicable consent choices should be reviewed before text-message marketing begins.

HWA Merch is a general-audience store and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@hwamerch.com so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

International Processing

Shopify and other providers that support our store may process information outside your state, province, or country. When required, service providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
